Carrie Kirkpatrick

Pauline Towers-Dykeman

"What a liberation to realize that the 'voice in my head' is not who I am. 'Who am I, then?' The one who sees that." ~ Eckhart Tolle

CARRIE KIRKPATRICK

Carrie is a covener, connector, and teacher. She has a degree in Human Development from Boston College, an avid interest in psychology, and a passion for witnessing and supporting the human self-discovery experience. She is dedicated to equal access to opportunity, compassion, empowerment, and the alleviation of poverty. Carrie is a deep listener who brings a probing curiosity to her work and life.

A desire to more fully understand and support her children brought her to Enneagram and ultimately to herself. She is profoundly grateful to her teachers along the way. Carrie is influenced by the work of Russ Hudson and the Enneagram Institute, and The Narrative Enneagram and its core faculty, who carefully nurtured her certification process. More recently, she spends time with the growing family of The Enneagram Prison Project and loves witnessing the countless ways it brings healing into prisons. EPP has brought her into the orbit of amazing teachers who help her continue to deepen her studies.

Carrie is an International Enneagram Association Accredited Professional and is certified by The Narrative Enneagram, The Enneagram Prison Project, and integrative9. Recognized as a gentle but fierce inquirer, she works with individuals, families, and small businesses in exploring and applying the transformational wisdom of the Enneagram. She honed her inquiry and discovery skills while working at her family’s investment firm, which she left after helping facilitate its sale. Her passion for service led her to a 10-year stint on the Board of Directors of the Community Foundation of Jackson Hole, and in 2010, she launched Raising Girls, a program for parents and caregivers to inspire thought and dialogue that helps girls thrive.

Carrie currently serves on the Board of GAP! (Girls Actively Participating) and Climb Wyoming, a transformative job training program for single mothers in poverty. Carrie has two teenage daughters and is dedicated to her own inner work, learning about others, and the wonder of nature. Studying dance is a personal passion that provides sacred moments of presence, humility, aliveness, and joy. If a dance floor is in her view, she is on it!

PAULINE TOWERS-DYKEMAN

A native of New York’s Hudson River Valley, Pauline graduated from LeMoyne College and earned her Master’s Degree at New York University. She is a former English teacher and nonprofit executive who promises she isn’t silently correcting your grammar. After 10 years teaching every grade except kindergarten and mentoring new teachers, Pauline started and ran both a small business and a non-profit organization in Jackson, WY. She then spent 16 years at the Teton County Library Foundation, first establishing the Page-to-the-Podium Speakers’ Series and then serving as the Library Foundation’s Executive Director. In 2021, Pauline committed to making her longstanding interest in the Enneagram and her passion for philanthropy the focus of her professional life when she co-founded Freedom Finders with her dear friend, Carrie Kirkpatrick.

Initially introduced to the Enneagram by her father in her early 20s, Pauline discovered it again–and much more deeply–through in person and online teachers with whom she and Carrie have studied over the past many years. She has completed the Enneagram Prison Program’s 45-hour 9Prisons1Key course and their 66-hour Path to Freedom training program. She has also completed foundational course work through The Narrative Enneagram, the first ever IEA Accredited School with Distinction.

Blending her love and appreciation for the Enneagram with her desire to remain engaged in philanthropy, Pauline is thrilled to be dividing her time between providing advice and guidance for Freedom Finders philanthropic endeavors and offering Enneagram learning opportunities for nonprofits, businesses, groups, and individuals.

A life-long learner and volunteer, Pauline served on the board of the Jackson Hole Community Housing Trust for 9 years, was a founding member of Womentum, and was a member of the Community Foundation of Jackson Hole’s Old Bill’s Run Committee for 20 years. Outside of work, Pauline enjoys pickleball, skiing, kayaking, meditation, and visiting museums with her husband and grown son. She is inspired by travel, foreign languages, poetry, and talking about whatever you’re reading at the moment.

“There are a lot of options when it comes to team building. Much of it can feel like checking a box or something that’s nice to do but not a ‘must do.’

Put working with Freedom Finders on your ‘must do’ list.

Carrie and Pauline provide facilitation that is thoughtful, skillful, and impactful. They present the Enneagram in a way that offers team members the opportunity to find deeper connection and compassion with and for themselves and each other. The work continues to permeate and unfold for individuals on both a personal and team level. Learning with Freedom Finders is enlivening and empowering: it is an exceptionally worthwhile investment of organizational time and resources that continues to pay dividends daily for our team and our clients.”

—Sharel Lund, Executive Director, One22 Resource Center

"Having been part of two different teams for whom Pauline and Carrie provided Enneagram discovery and training, I can attest to the excellent guiding, facilitation, and expertise they deliver. I thoroughly appreciate their ability to be really present with a group, and hear and reflect things in what people are saying that allow individuals and teams to go deeper. It speaks volumes to me about the caliber of trainers when participants tell me they think a training would have broad appeal to other members of our organization, and that's what folks had to say about working with Carrie and Pauline" —Thom Kinney, Chief Human Resources Officer, St. John's Health
